Domestic Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange the product that you buy from souqdukkan.com with another size of the same product within 30 days beginning from the order date or you can request to return the product within 15 days.

Return

To start the return process, please contact us by phone by dialing
+60 17 3737 127 or send an email to info@barefootinthyme.com to notify us.

After notification is made, please place the product you want to return into its undamaged, original packaging, without removing the tags, and package it safely adding the invoice sent to you when you received your package. Send the return via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge by using the code 428120081. If you choose to return your order via another carrier, you will be solely responsible for all return shipping fees.

After we receive the return and determine whether or not your product is in returnable condition, we will notify you via e-mail. Reimbursement will be made within 3 to 10 days following the approval e-mail sent to your e-mail address. In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for return, it will be sent back to your address via courier, free of charge.

Exchange

An exchange can only be made for the same model product in a different color or size.  Your product cannot be exchanged for a different product.

The fee for deliveries made with courier companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo belong to the consumer. Please add a note with the size or color you’d like to have in the package.

After we receive your package and determine whether or not your product is in returnable condition, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of our decision. The product that you want will be sent to you via courier, free of charge, within 3 weekdays if it is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 3 to 10 days depending on your method of payment.

Return and Exchange Conditions

* Returned or exchanged products should be in their undamaged original box and unused.
* Their tags shouldn’t be removed.
* Products such as underwear, swimsuit, bikini, socks, headphones, earring, skate, yoga mats cannot be returned/exchanged in the aspect of hygiene.
* Return of product is not accepted in international orders.
* Return & exchange is not accepted in cosmetics and personal care products.
* In case products have any additional accessories, they should be sent in their undamaged original boxing.

Refunds

Refunds are made in 10 week days beginning on the date your returned product depending on your bank. After the status of returned product is examined, you will be informed via e-mail. Refund will be made in the same method you use while you purchased the product. If you made your payment with Money Wire/EFT, it will be sent to your bank account, if you made your payment with credit card the amount will be returned to your credit card. In purchases with installment, refund is also made in the same way in installments.
International Return & Exchange Policy
You can exchange the product that you buy from barefootinthyme.com for another size or color of the same product within 30 days from the order date.

Please note that exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color. You cannot exchange your product for a different product.

You can send your product by using DHL/Fedex/DPP or your local courier company. Exchange shipping costs are not covered by Barefoot in Thyme, the customer must take full liability of the exchange and the customs processes.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You cannot exchange an item that you bought.
Return of a product is not accepted in international orders.

Barefoot In Thyme does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit.
