WARRANTY POLICY

Bouletta warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the Bouletta Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As Bouletta, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your Bouletta products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.

PRICING

Bouletta Case offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $9.90-$14.90 to most countries. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.

Return Policy

Returns

If you would like to return your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have already gone by since the time of your purchase.

Return Authorization

Please send us an email to order@bouletta.com, to get an authorization.

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition you received it.

Personalized items

Due to permanent nature of embossing these items, we are however unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalized items.

Return shipping

We don’t cover the return shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded (if the order has been shipped). We can, however, manage the return process and shipping using our carriers. Please contact us for details.

Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages which have been mailed back to us under warranty or return. In this case, the customer is the shipper and it will be the only one who may file a lost claim to the shipping company that was involved. As such, any interaction regarding the lost claim must involve the customer and the shipping company.

Final Sale Items

All personalized items or those designated as “All Sales Final” cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.

Do I need a return authorization (RA) number?

Yes. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number requested from and provided by Bouletta.

Can I return my product if it was purchased from another website or reseller?

We only accept returned items purchased from us directly. If you have purchased your Bouletta product from a website other than shop.bouletta.com, you will need to contact them and follow their return policy. Policies vary by reseller.
